The website [www.flatlandkc.org] (hereinafter “the Site”) is owned and operated by Public Television 19, Inc. (“KCPT,” “we,” or “us”). The Site provides programming information, local news and events, audio-visual works, and other information and content related to public television station in Kansas City metro area (the “Services”).
KCPT recognizes the importance of protecting the privacy of our customers and the users of the Site. However, some uses of such information are required for us to conduct legitimate business by providing information of interest our customers and the users of the Site.
