The website [] (hereinafter “the Site”) is owned and operated by Public Television 19, Inc. (“KCPT,” “we,” or “us”). The Site provides programming information, local news and events, audio-visual works, and other information and content related to public television station in Kansas City metro area (the “Services”).

This Privacy Policy is part of the Terms of Use, which constitutes a binding agreement between you and KCPT. Please read carefully through all sections of this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy covers our treatment of non-personally identifiable and Personal Data that we collect when you are on the Site and when you use Services provided on the Site. How We Use Your Information

To address your questions, we may subsequently need to request additional information. We may use your Personal Information to contact you about products or services of KCPT that we believe may be of interest to you.

When you use the Services, we automatically collect and use Analytical Information in order for us to track your movement on the Site to improve our layout and page arrangement, get information on your browser type to ensure our Site remains compatible with the browsers used by our customers, improve your experience with our Services; and to promote KCPT and its products or events. KCPT is committed to be compliant with all Federal regulations, including the Federal CAN-SPAM Act of 2003. Owner only sends email to those of our visitors who have “opted in” to receive these communications. Individuals “opt in” to our email communications by voluntarily providing us with their email address and/or affirmatively agreeing to receive such email communications.
