Our photography series, “The Art of (KC),” brings you beautiful, thought-provoking and compelling images of what makes our city tick — or in this case, drink beer.

This week, we’re taking a look at the often overlooked art of beer labels. Those thoughtfully designed stickers and cans are part of what makes Kansas City such a beer-friendly place to live. We picked up local brews that illustrate (literally) the outside is just as delightful as what’s inside the bottle or can.

We invite you to get out your phone, your camera, your sketchbook — whatever — and let us see your POV.
